Note: The following instructions outline how to request a password reminder for your personal homepage. If you need assistance with your password for other Internet services (i.e. email, spam filter, etc), please contact your Internet Service Provider.
Request a Password Reminder
If you forget your password, you can request a password reminder.
Type your username in the Account Login Channel.
Click Password Reminder.
A confirmation will state that your password has been sent to your registered email address.
Change Your Password or Other Account Information
Click your name, located in the upper right corner of the screen (shown below) OR click My Home from the main menu and choose My Profile.
Enter your new password in the Password and Confirm Fields or change other information.
